Widely used as a primary crusher in the production of softer materials such as limestone, shale, gypsum, chalk, and coal. Single hammer crusher utilizes a 6 hammer rotor assembly and a grate discharge to make rapid reduction of large lump feed sises.

1.Single section hammer crusher is a heavy duty machine which can achieve a very high reduction ratio of the raw feed material.

2.Closed side settings are variable between 25mm and 75mm.

3.The hammers are cast with a new technique that makes them more impact resistant and improves wear life.

4.On the larger model machines it is not uncommon to rebuild the hammers while they are still in the machine.
